Fast Sundays Are Spectacular!

Dear Friends and Family,

This week we saw small and simple things lead to great things! We were able to teach with the spirit to our friends and they were touched by it.

We went by our friend Yolanda early in the week and shared about the plan of salvation and how god is in every moment of our lives. We invited her to church to hear what god needs her to hear. She accepted and shared with us her testimony of gods hand in her life. We later saw her at church( which was Amazing!) And she was touched by the spirit powerfully during the second hour class. We were talking about Job in the come follow me and she started to cry. She pulled us aside and said that she was super touched by the lesson because she was going through some of the problems similar to job. She asked us for a blessing and Elder Christensen and I were able to give it and testify to her that Christ is with her every step of the way. Elder Hallstrom our district leader told her that it wasnt by chance that she came for the first time and we were talking about job for today.

That was the miracle I saw this week and I pray in faith that Yolanda will continue grow stronger.

Spiritual thought: My spiritual thought today is having are hearts knit together. Me and Elder Christensen are awesome together. Sometimes we both be stubborn about decisions and it can lead to us temporarily be frustrated at one another. I dont like it because it drives the spirit away. Im always thinking about how I can make relationship stronger and I listen to a talk by Elder Stevenson again. The same talk: Hearts Knit Together. He talks about how the scientist in the rabbit experiment was so Nice that it influenced how healthy the rabbits were. He said that if we look to christ and be less worried about what others think, we can develop love and be kind to one another, having our hearts knit together. I know Im not perfect and I can be stubborn at times but I know what Elder Stevenson said is true and if I take the steps of faith, our Hearts will be knit together. I say this in the name of Christ, Amen!

Love you all! See you next week!

Sincerely,
Elder Franco
