Dear family and friends,     This week has been amazing! We have been busy with work and having fun doing it!     It's that time again, transfers are happening! I'm staying in rye and we are getting a brand new missionary in our district which is pretty sweet! Elder gray is getting a new companion and his name is Elder Wilde! Dear family and friends,  This week has been great! Yesterday was Valentine's day and it was on Sunday which made it even better. However, the weather didn't agree haha. We got a massive snowstorm Saturday and it caused us to be parked for the entire day. We were okay though. Speaking of us, we have become a trio! Elder bird left for Sao Paulo Brazil to continue his original mission! (Shout out to Elder Bird and Pontious). It's now me, Elder vail, and elder gray. Elder vail has become our new district leader and is leading the charge in our area. We also had a great opportunity to put one of elder grays investigators on date for baptism this month. Dear friends and family,  This week has been another great week for the rye elders! We had interviews last Tuesday with president Eccles and was a fun time for the zone! We taught a lot of people, a lot didn't answer but we kept working! Then Sunday was another fun day. We went to pick up dinner and teach the Moyers (they are members). And while we were there we got a sneak peek of the super bowl and the halftime show. The Moyers made us elk stake and we went home and it was delicious. We then called up our investigators and set up lessons for this week. Elder Vail and I are excited to teach! We don't have big plans for today, but we are going to relax 🤣. Dear family and friends,  Today is the first day of February! This month is going to be awesome! We have two people on date and I'm so excited to get them to the baptismal font.  This past week has been a little weird, we gave a book of Mormon to a person who wants to borrow it but didn't want to keep it. Which is by far the weirdest thing I heard so far.  The big news is that we are making our Facebook more efficient starting this month. We changed our page name to the church of Jesus Christ in southeastern Colorado. We are combing our pages to reduce the number of pages. Before there were 14 pages but now there will be only 9. I'm excited about these changes being made and it will move the work forward a lot! This going to be an exciting month, can't wait to talk to you guys soon! Sincerely, Elder Franco
