ZoCo Week! And Also Stomach Worms

Dear friends and family,

This past week was zone conference week! I was super excited to see President and Sister Lamprecht again and all the other Elders! 

One big challenge I did run into though is that I wasn't feeling well this week and I had to go to the doctor. I had a problem with my digestion, specifically the restroom part where everything has to pass out. It didn't pass out for a time. I explained to the doctor my situation and he told me that it might parasite! I was kinda shocked because I tried my best to stay clean and have good clean areas but you never no, worms can go anywhere. He gave me some deworming medicine and said if it still a problem, to schedule an appointment with the gastenologist. Recently, it's slowly been improving. 

Zone conference was fantastic though! All the Guyana Elders were there and President and Sister Lamprecht! The trainings that were given were very empowering and spiritual. 

Spiritual thought: my Spiritual thought today comes from President Lamprechts training from zone conference. He addressed Tha majority of us our finishing our missions in the next couple of months and he poured out his heart upon us. He told us to be finishers and not coast off. He used the example of Secretariat. Secretariat is one of the greatest race horses in history and won the triple crown. He ran as hard as he could in the race and when he hit the clubhouse turn, he still kept going, going into the home stretch and was able to out pace everyone! At the the end of his training, President Lamprecht invited all of us to choose today. To be Secretariat or Sham ( the horse that lost). We all in unionson said we will be Secretariat and the Spirit was amazing! Im going towards the home stretch, starting next week when I hit 18 months and I plan on being Secretariat through and through. With the help of my savior Jesus Christ, Amen.
