The Gate And General Conference!

Dear friends and family,

Good Afternoon Everyone! This past week has been great! We baptized our friend Shanta! Her daughter, Tracy wants to be baptized next so we are going to teach her immediately!

We met some new people as well who want to learn more of the Gospel as well! Their names are Arrol, Ameena, and Harry. They are super excited to learn more. We actually taught Arrol this week and it was super spiritual experience.

We had a good sacrament service. The funny thing was that it lasted for two hours lol. So we didn't have a traditional second hour like usual but nevertheless it was a good service.

We also had a funeral after church for one of friend's who sadly past away. It was a good service and I gave a talk about the plan of salvation and how God has plan for all of us and the peace it brings us. 

Spiritual thought: I was studying general conference this week, preparing for the upcoming General conference! One of the talks I studied was by Elder Dunn, One Percent Better. We are all growing in the gospel and it's okay if it's incremental growth. The lord loves effort and if we give it our all, we will see our relationship with God grow closer! In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen!
