Transfers!!!

Dear friends and Family,

This week flew by so fast! We found out transfers this past Saturday... I'm leaving Rose Hall! That is correct, I'm leaving beautiful Berbice and heading into Georgetown.

Well...

Not actual Georgetown, pass Georgetown, on the other side in the jungle. A humble place called Linden. But it is in the Georgetown zone, so basically Georgetown.

My companion Is going to be Elder Sheffer. He is from Phoenix, Arizona and I met him a few times when I went to Georgetown. He is a cool guy and he can play guitar and sing! I can sing too, just not as good, lol.

I'm going to leave on Thursday so I have some time to say goodbye to my friends in rose hall. I'm going to miss this place, so many memories.

To end, I will like to share my favorite Scripture in the Book of Mormon. It's in 1 Nephi 3 and its verse 7: "And it came to pass that I, Nephi, said unto my father: I will go and do the things which the Lord hath commanded, for I know that the Lord giveth no commandments unto the children of men, save he shall prepare a way for them that they may accomplish the thing which he commandeth them."

I know if we have faith in the lord to guide us, we can do was seems impossible but it truly is possible. I share this with you all in the name of Jesus  Christ Amen.
