The True Spirit Of Christmas!

Dear friends and family,

This is going to be a short email today, I was super busy! The big highlight was our mission Christmas devotional this morning. We ate breakfast and shared our favorite Scriptures about Jesus Christ. There was a lot of great ones!

President Lamprecht closed with a story about his two Christmases in the mission field. His first one wasn't great becaused he was still adjusting to being a missionary. The second Christmas he remembers more clearly because he forgot himself and was lost in the work of the lord! He invited us to have a Christmas like his second one.

This touched my heart because I remember my last christmas in the mission field and it was super amazing! I definitely want to be like that again for my last Christmas out here and I want it to be something I will remember for years! 

I close with the testimony on Jesus Christ's birth. I testify that Jesus is the christ and he is the greatest gift that we should hold on to forever and never lose! He truly is the Prince of Peace, in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen!
